Welding is a joining process in which metals, or sometimes plastics, are heated, melted and mixed to produce a joint with properties similar to those of the materials being joined. There are three main components needed to create a weld. These are: A heat source such as an electric arc, a flame, pressure, or friction. 

A heat exchanger is a system used to transfer heat between two or more fluids. Heat exchangers are used in both cooling and heating processes. The fluids may be separated by a solid wall to prevent mixing or they may be in direct contact. 

The reactor is a vessel in which the cracked product vapors are: (a) separated from the spent catalyst by flowing through a set of two-stage cyclones within the reactor and (b) the spent catalyst flows downward through a steam stripping section to remove any hydrocarbon vapors before the spent catalyst returns to the reactor.

Welders qualified in 6G position for 1/2" Sch 80 pipe in Stainless Steel & Carbon Steel. We offer EN 10204 3.1 certified Test Certificates for Fittings, Flanges & Pipes. Welding efficiency is "1" with 100% radiography test. 1-2% repair percentage in welding. Level II quality engineer for reviewing radiographic films & other quality related tests. Water ppm level content is checked for SS hydro test. Proper care is taken for serration.

Executed projects in WNRF & SORF FLANGES, BUTT WELD & SOCKET WELD FITTINGS & in SEAMLESS & ERW PIPES. In house hydro test facility available. We also provide fasteners & gasket as per client’s requirement. 

The tentative orientation of a given tower nozzle is on the line between tower centre and the point to which the line is supposed to run. Segments for piping going to equipment at grade e.g. condenser and reboiler lines are available between ladders and both sides of manhole.
